Your support is invaluable to the Association and enables us to continue the work of preserving the story of the Irish Palatines for future generations. Since its inception in 1989 the Irish Palatine Association has worked to help protect and heighten awareness of the Irish Palatine story, not just amongst those of Irish Palatine heritage internationally but also others who are interested throughout the world. Membership fee 2023 is; €38.00, Aus $62.00, Can $57.00, UK £35.00, US $45.00, NZ $66.00 As a member you will receive our annual journal and notification of any planned events, group tours or gatherings organized by the Irish Palatine Association. There is an extensive range of books on Irish Palatine subjects available for sale. Members have free admission to the Irish Palatine Heritage Centre where the Irish Palatine story is told in detail with the aid of the many artefacts. Access to the Members Area of the IPA website, containing a growing list of useful articles and research materials. If you are a current member and have not already set up your password, email your password to the Web Administrator to set up your access to the Members area. Facilitation of family gatherings in Rathkeale. Local tours and advice on Rathkeale's historical sites. While we are currently unable to carry out genealogical research, we may be able to put members in touch with others who share a specific interest, perhaps a particular family name. We invite all who have completed a family genealogy, to place a copy in our library where it will be available to other visiting members. The membership year runs from 1st January to December 31st each year. Where membership is received in the course of the year, any literature mailed in the prior part of the year will be posted at the time of subscription. ![]() |
